Oven-Cooked Bacon
No breakfast is complete without a side of crispy, salty bacon, but to easily cook a whole pound at once (and salvage our stovetop), we decided to make use of the oven.

The amount of bacon you can cook at one time will vary depending on the size of the bacon slices and the size of your baking sheet.
Instructions
1.
Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 400 degrees. Line rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange bacon on prepared sheet (slices can overlap slightly). Bake until brown and crisp, 10 to 15 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through baking. Transfer bacon to paper towel–lined plate to drain. Serve.
